This website and the Room are provided by 2518476 Ontario Inc. ("we", "us"). We are an Ontario concierge diagnostic medical imaging service. We coordinate eligible privately paid and third-party paid diagnostic imaging. We do not perform scans and we do not provide treatment. The Room is a private online space where people who qualify can upload a referral and follow their booking.
We do not provide medical care, diagnosis or advice. Nothing on this site replaces advice from your doctor. In an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
We coordinate only services eligible for private or third-party payment. We do not arrange payment for OHIP-insured services. Answering our eligibility questions does not guarantee a booking, and the imaging provider makes the final decision about whether to perform a scan.
We do not guarantee any appointment date, scan result, report content or outcome of any insurance, legal or employment matter.
Hospitals, imaging providers, radiologists and practitioners are responsible for their own services, reports and clinical decisions.
Fees apply only to eligible private or third-party paid services, as quoted to you or your payer before booking.
Use this website and the Room only for your own lawful requests or those you are authorized to make. Do not provide false information, upload someone else's information without authority, or interfere with the site.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for services provided by third parties. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this website. If we begin operating under a business name, we will register it in Ontario and update this page.
